Job Responsibilities A qualified MDS Nurse will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and related documentation, including care planning.
The successful MDS Nurse must also develop strategies for case mix maximization while upholding Federal and State Long Term Regulatory requirements.
The successful MDS Nurse will be able to comprehend and manage key areas such as Quality Measures and 5-star.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate must be an experienced Registered Nurse, have MDS long-term care experience, be detail oriented and have strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Other requirements include:
