Job Description:
A fun seasonal lakeside bar and grill seeks highly energic Server to oversee guests dining experience.
The ideal candidate knows the front of house and guest-facing restaurant operations backward and forward and can anticipate problems before they occur.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment taking orders and serving food.
The right candidate will values team building through training, timely feedback, and thrives in high-volume operations.
Balance fun with attention to quality, responsible service of alcohol, and creating an amazing guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Operate in accordance with all Papa Boo's standards of operations, handbook policies, operating policies, agreements, etc.
including wearing the proper uniform Take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude Enter orders into the POS system for transmittal to the kitchen Engage guests in a friendly manner - follow steps of service provided in training Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action and correct any problems immediately Prepare checks Collect Payment Follow responsible alcohol serving Help food preparation if necessary Competencies:
